We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in its original packaging and in new, unopened condition. All hardware, instructions, warranties, registration materials, and packaging must be included.
To request a return:
- Email our support team at info@ceilingstoragepros.com for return authorization.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with shipping instructions and the return address.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- The refund will be the purchase price minus actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and returns should be shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance.
